adobe media encoder error

Hi! i use macbook pro 2018 BigSur 11.4 and when i try to open adobe media encoder it's show "adobe media encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue". it's not opening. i use latest updated version 2021 from creative cloud

Sorry to hear about this. Have you tried resetting app preferences to isolate any preference corruption issue that might be causing the app to misbehave? Also, do you have any third-party plugins installed?
