AME is crashing at the end of encodes

Community Beginner ,
Apr 10, 2019 Apr 10, 2019

This has just started happening and I cannot seem to find anything regarding this issue in the forums.

This is the error code that appears after AME crashes:

[/ame13.1/releases/shared/adobe/MediaCore/MediaLayer/VideoRenderer/Src/CutlistRenderer.cpp-839]

I am using a trash can MacPro with the most current Mojave OS.

Thanks.

Chris

Happening to me on a MAC. I did move my Cashe folder, could that be the cause?

I was able to get it to work by changed AME to encode with Open CL instead of using software only.

We just released Premiere Pro 13.1.1 to fix this issue.

In AME, please uncheck Preferences > General > "Import sequences natively" to take advantage of this fix.  If you are using GPU rendering, you can skip this step.
