Convert mp4 Files from GoPro Camera to a format Adobe Express can use using Adobe Media Encoder

I have files on my PC I have downloaded from my GoPro camera.  These are downloaded as .mp4 files and are unusable by Adobe Express in my video project.  I then downloaded Adobe Media Encoder to be able to convert the files to a format that Adobe Express can use.  I don't see .mov as an option (this is the file type from my iPhone that Express has no problem using).  I have tried to convert to a lot of different formats and still nothing seems to work with Adobe Express.  Is there a file type I can convert these to in Media Encoder so that Adobe Express can use them?

As there are different flavors of mp4 you may want to try to transcode using one of the h.264 presets and see if the result works in Adobe Express.
