Hi. I've been stuck for hours in this issue.

I would like to export video from Character Animator via Adobe Media Encoder but AME repeated saying "Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted" even the file is there. I tried to clear the cache as advised in old thread but no luck. Here I attached the error message, so it would be much appreciated if anyone helps me.

---------

* Character Animator (Beta): version 4.3 (build 29)

* Adobe Media Encoder (Beta): version 15.3

* OS: macOS Big Sur (M1)

---------

Hello and thank you for your reply.

There were a couple of updates since I posted my question and the latest one solved my issue. I'm not quite sure why it happened but anyway it was solved.

Hi okuusan703,

We're sorry for the trouble. An error like this can occur if the application is unable to find the link bewteen the media used and the project.

Does it happen with a specific project?

Which version of Adobe applications are you using?

Let us know. We're here to help.

Regards,

Shivangi
