exporting problem

So I tried exporting my project from after effects multiple times, probably over 20 times and it would start to queue but then a little over half way done then it fails. Now when I try to export it the project dosen't even show up when media encoder pops up. ive already unistalled both after effects and encoder. can anyone help?
