Glitchy Green Output Preview screen and file in Encoder

Just started getting this weird green screen in Encoder.  It's linked from After Effects.  It seems to be just this one comp.  It exported fine the other day.  Before I realized it was happening, I exported it yesterday and the file was just green as well.

Any idea what is happening?

And when I do it in the Render Queue inside of AE, it renders the first few frames just fine then jumps to the green mode. But then it returns to the normal video.  When I watch the fully exported version that is all green, you can still see the transitions and frames, etc, just all green.

 If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the 517.40 Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)

I found the solution. The problem was actually in After Effects. I had clear Cache and Purge.  All good now
