Help! "import sequence natively" greyed out in Adobe Media Encoder

Community Beginner ,

I'm Trying to import Premiere sequences in Media Encoder, but they have media offline. So I heard unchecking the "import sequence natively" option will solve the problem but I can't uncheck it why ?

Hi Anteste,

Media offline may appear when the media files are not linked to the project. It can happen if the media is not saved on the computer or if the media location has been changed recently.

  • What happens when you export the project from Premiere Pro? Does the media appear linked in there?
  • Have you considered reinstalling the AME?

Let us know. We're here to help.

Thanks,

Shivangi

LATEST

Sounds very weird.
Which AME & Premiere Pro versions are you using? On which operating system? Did you install the apps in standard locations?
Here are a few ideas:
* Can you try logging out & in again into Adobe Creative Cloud?
* You may want to try to delete or move your existing prefs in the User/Documents/ folder.
Just as a background: this option is related to your user license, the PPro install locatotin as well as AME preferences.
Please let me know your findings.
