Like Peru Bob stated. Chrome OS is not supported at all in most of the Adobe programs.

As exporting anything that you'd queue to Adobe Media Encoder on a Chromebook is a dead end, do you have access to a Windows computer or a Mac?

 

Or, do you have remote access to a school computer lab?  

 

And when you refer to "Adobe Animation", is this something you created in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate, Photoshop, or Fresco?
