Hi Ti.S. Cavalcanti,

You have to make sure to set the bit depth to 32 bits. Note that only specific codecs allow you to do this.

I fear I may have steered you in the wrong direction - I often use PNG Image Sequences to export short animations, to then be used for certain purposes. This does NOT export a VIDEO clip, but rather hundreds (or thousands) of STILL images, one for each frame of "video".

Re-reading the postings, I think you were wanting to use Quicktime PNG, please see image -

QT PNG.jpg

This will provide a .mov video file, using PNG compression within.

None of the cedec presets in Media Encoder seem to offer 32 bits as an option. Does Media encoder do transparency?
