I want stand Alone Adobe Media Encoder | Licenced Version

Hi Team Adobe,

I want to buy an licenced version of Adobe Media Encoder to run it stand alone or directly
on my windows and Mac Machine.

Actully, i don't want to depend on creative cloud to download it.

I am looking for exe file, using which i can run AME directly OR
i can use that exe file to install and run the Adobe Media Encoder on my machine.

Older version of  Adobe Media Encoder would be suitable for me.

Please let me know from where i can get of buy this ?

Sorry, you can't buy old versions of Adobe apps, you can only use Creative Cloud. Media Encoder isn't available by itself, you'd have to get a license of Premiere, After Effects, Audition (and maybe Animate, I'm not sure). https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html
