Media Encoder v22.4 doesn't open

When I try to open Media Encoder v 22.4, it gets stuck charging Player MediaCore.prm

Has anybody had the same problem?

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you installed any third-party plugins on your system? Also, let us know the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM).

Yes, I installed WebM Premier, but once uninstalled, the problem is the same. 

These are my system specs: 

OS: Windows 10, v 21H2

CPU: AMD A10-6700 APU

GPU: Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.70 GHz

RAM: 16 Gb

Currently, I have running Media Encoder v 22.2 with WebM Premier and working fine. But versions 22.3.1 and 22.4, both refuse to open.
