I'm baffled by this problem and really need to find a solution ASAP. I am using creative cloud, and files fed directly into media encoder are exporting silent audio tracks. Media encoder appears to complete the export, but the resulting files have no sound.
If I export the same clip from premiere pro from the timeline it works just fine and audio is present.
My theory is that media encoder isn't conforming the audio clips it imports. Any thoughts or fixes? Has anyone here had this issue? Thanks!
It worked for me on number of systems
Whenever you have a project file which has exceeded a particular size limit when exported will result in no audio after exporting media to a file no matter what format you selected.
This is a software issue and nothing to do with your system
When you have more than one audio tracks in a sequence and if that track exceeds a particular size limit then on exporting there will be no audio.
So, how to get that audio in exported file
By default whenever you are workin

I am experiencing this problem right now and the recommended "correct answer" doesn't fix the issue.
I am running Adobe Premiere Pro CC and have a music audio track and video track.
Part of the video audio is in slow motion and during editing and editing preview, the slow motion audio is perfect.
Upon exporting media, the finished video has no audio for the slow motion segment.
This is a small five minute video, so I don't understand the explanation that size of audio track may be an issue? If there is another fix, I need to get this finished asap... I have been using this system/software/work flow for hundreds of videos and this is the first time I have had any issue with slow motion sound.
Nothing in my cofiguration has changed.
If there is a better fix, please let me know.

@Suspended Moments
I have the exact same trouble with slo mo.
W8.1 64 bit, 32 GB
CC 2015.3 10.3.0 (202)
This thread is over 4 years old.
(Let me anticipate one of the stupid guesses: "You need to ask the electric utility to put you on a different transformer and install new drop conductors." "You need to change your BIOS settings." "It sounds like it's your fault for using slow motion." Right.)

UPDATE: this is a bad "fix" for me, but if I don't render a video slower than10% of the original speed, the audio remains in export.
IF I attempt to render/export the video/audio at a speed at or less than10% then audio does NOT render.
That's not a fix, just zeroing in on how I am coping with it.
Maybe that benefits someone. I'm not a super tech, so it's just a work flow issue with me.

Here's my lousy workaround:
Use Audacity (Audacity download | SourceForge.net ) to record the audio that you play in Premiere that's missing on Export. Since you'll have some lead-in and lead-out, you can trim the audio clip to just the original clip length in Audacity. Export that to a file (I used WAV format) and place it on your timeline in Premiere to line up with the clip it came from. Then right-click on the original slo-mo clip and select Audio Channels... and uncheck all channels; this step may not be needed, but it's what I did. That worked for me.

So...has anyone had THIS problem?? I have audio from multiple sources on 1 track of my audio. There are 4 tracks total:
Track 1 - Actor 1 (and a couple of SFX)
Track 2 - Actor 2
Track 3 - SFX
Track 4 - Music
When I export...everything is fine on a laptop or desktop. BUT when I play the video on a PHONE...Actor 1's lines are missing though the SFX from that track are there. Not just my phone..but any phone. The file sounds great on any computer. This is a true WTF MOMENT!

Please start a new thread next time rather than piggy backing on 4-year old thread with different issues 😉
Usually when a clip has no sound on a phone it's because the L and R channels are 180 degrees out of phase and are cancelling one another out. Or possibly actor lines are not on both L and R channel, only one?
Thanks
Jeff

I am having trouble with this issue.
Due to a catastrophic computer crash I had to buy a new MBP running El Capitain.
I'm running the current iteration of both Premiere Pro and Media Encoder
Media Encoder isn't exporting audio from a project (less that 2 minutes long with 2 tracks of audio) that I exported from 3 days ago.
This thread seems to be pretty old and I'm really stressing out about the fact that there doesn't seem to be a solution this problem.

Issue solved in my case.
My workstation works for weeks non stop and it seems this issue happened every time there were windows updates waiting to be applied. Solution is simply turn the machine off, start again and let the updates run. After that everything seems to be back to normal.
Hope this helps!

I had the same problem in adobe media encoder. What helped me is to change folder in edit / preferences / media to folder, that is not full.
