Problem exporting the video

Community Beginner ,

Hi, I have a problem when I export the video from AfterEffect to Media Encoder and choose the features I need. After the export is done, I try to open the video, but it doesn't work for me, no matter how much I try and no matter how much I change the formats, same problem. blank video.

To confirm that you file is the problem and not your media player, try importing that MP4 back into After Effects to see if it plays. If it does, then I would install another media player like VLC. https://www.videolan.org/vlc/

I can't read the text of the error, but usually when you open a file in the native Windows media player and it immediately throws and error, it usually means that format isn't supported by they player. That's also one possibility confirmed by the error code in the message. I don't know what settings you've tried, and yes, MP4 files should play back in that player, but your files might not be the problem at all.

Thanks for your reply, I think the problem is in the export, but I don't know what the solution is. I tried the media player, but the same problem is a blank video.

RidoTika,

Try exporting with English-only letters. It's a bug that is being fixed now.

Thanks,
Kevin

I contacted customer service and found out that the problem is in the latest version of the application, so I installed the previous version and the problem was solved, thank you very much.

Could you please try to use english-only characters in the original setup so that we can be sure you did not face a new bug? Thank you very much for your cooperation!

I already tried, but the same problem was a blank video that didn't work, so after I went back to version (23.0) in both apps the video exported correctly .
