Display render time for completed items

It would be helpful to have some way of seeing what the render time was for a completed item in the queue, as this helps with planning future renders.

Render time is shown in the log file.

Choose File > Show Log.  "Encoding Time" is the second to last item, listed just above the date and time stamp for the completion of the task.

Based on that, an update to my suggestion: An optional column for the AME queue that shows completed render time.
