Adobe Media Encoder don't working - error on render

Hi there

 

I want my money back, AME not rendering my video, just in h.264. I want my money back, seriously, and plan to use daVinci for editing instead of my experience in Adobe workspace. This is over my patience!!! First, I need to be free QA tester of Photoshop and now for Preimere and AME. I want my money back!!! I am very unsatisfied to use Adobe products for last years more and more times.

Shivangi, hello

 

What's about answer? I have more than 15 crashes of AME and Premiere Pro working on about simple project. 

Masks usage crashes Premiere Pro, advanced multi-layer opacity makes unpredictable issues.

AME crashes with no error log records.

 

Suppose, smth wrong with apps. And I had the same  amount of crashes for 10 years ago, and either for now. 

Who could answer?

from Error Log file - sorry, has to be translated from Russian, AME have no function change language through Settings

So, this it.

 

I don't know why Adobe have no any respect to customers paid for software and have a lot of bugs inside. Adobe don't pay me any compensation for waiting for working version and I loose my time and money looking on Error Logs on rented notebook. I am ready to be tester of Adobe apps, but it is paid position. And it is rude to use customers for testing apps and paying for it.

 

One reason to use Premiere AME and not DaVinci was the Morph Cut  and Batch Export. And what have I get now?

 

If this is free software than OK, I have a lot of experiences to override devs issues. Sorry, I pay you for...for what? for cheating? I know some cultures where cheating is almost the rule. Is Adobe the either for? Explain, please. It is inner Adobe problem to use Agile method or smth else to make products, I just want to have properly working apps, just properly works.

Try unchecking  "Use maximum render quality."

 

If using multicam, try flattening as in this thread:

I solved it by pre-rendering layers,
but what about 4 hours crashes when masking out, or just crashes with no explanation. Do I paid to Adobe to train the patience? Sorry, I have yet.
