Adobe Podcast Audio Enhancement Not Working – Download Issues

Hello Adobe Community,

I’ve been using Adobe Podcast to enhance my video’s audio for a while now, and it’s been working perfectly every day. However, today, I’m encountering a problem. Despite following the usual process, the audio enhancement feature isn't allowing me to download the final result. I’ve tried multiple times, but every attempt ends with no success.

This issue is particularly frustrating since it was working flawlessly just yesterday. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Are there any troubleshooting steps I should try, or is this a temporary issue from Adobe’s end?

I’ve already checked my internet connection and cleared my browser cache, but the issue persists. If anyone has any tips or insight, I’d greatly appreciate it!

Hey guys, I opened a support ticket with Adobe, and yesterday (August 8th) they told me the issue was resolved. I tested it and it's now working normally.

Thanks, Adam! I responded via email, but will also respond here so others can see how to work around this:

I looked at the files you shared and generally this will happen when there are corrupted audio frames. I went ahead and re-encoded one of the files > uploaded to Enhance Speech and was able to download it successfully.

In this case, I’d recommend re-encoding or re-exporting the videos from your video editing software and re-upload them to Enhance Speech. Let me know if the issue persists and I’ll be happy to further troubleshoot!

I posted on July 1st and still haven't heard from anyone, so I thought I'd try here.

I haven't been able to use the application and I have the Premium access package. I continue to receive this error.

I tried again with new audio (MP3 and Wav) created in Adobe Audition and still no luck. Please advise.

Hi @amit35531323yjcb I believe we've already corresponded via email, but just wanted to check back and make sure you were able to download your enhanced file? If not, please let mek now and I'll be happy to troubleshoot.

Was this happening with this file only, or all enhanced files? Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi, I am also trying to download my enhaced file and keep getting the same error message: Something went wrong downloading the project. Please try again. It does this if I'm just downloading an MP3, WAV, or the Audiogram (which is what I really want). Any tips for what I'm doing wrong? I was able to get one download to work the first time I've tried, but after editing some more, it has now stopped working.

Hi @karen_4221 , apologies you're running into download issues as well. To confirm, are you having difficulty downloading from the Enhance Speech page, or Studio? (or both)?
