Adobe Podcast Enhance no longer works. There is an infinite loader.
This happens after login.
Already tried: reset firewall settings, enable VPN, log in from another device
Two days ago, everything was working fine
Sometimes after 10 reboots it displays the block for unloading. But it doesn't work
A message appeared from Adobe about unscheduled maintenance:
Adobe Podcast is currently unavailable for unscheduled maintenance and will be back to normal shortly.

Every time somebody complains that the Speech Enhancer isn't working, I try it from here (UK) to make sure. And every time it works perfectly... Try using the direct access url and see if that makes a difference: https://podcast.adobe.com/enhance

The problem is not in the area where I live... I tried this on my mother and father's phone as well. It works normally, only on my phone and it doesn't work.

so basically i had heard of adobe enhance speech from alot of sources and wanted to try it out for myself, so i went to the website and logged in, then i uploaded an audio file (.MP3 file to be exact) and then i waited for a while and then a popup was on the website saying "The audio file is in a format we can't understand. Ensure the file is not corrupted or convert it to a standard wav or mp3 format to try again." so i tried to convert it, same response. i the tried a .WAV file, same response, so i tried clearing my browser cache and restarting chrome as well as my coputer, same response. to a final resort i tried 2 different browsers other than chrome, same response.
i dont know what to do but if anybody knows how to fix this, tell me here.

FWIW, I tried it yesterday and it was working fine. It's pretty straightforward with wav files, but I don't know what, if any, limitations there are on MP3s. How was the MP3 created, and how large is it?

It was working fine yesterday when I processed about 20 files. Today, after consistently failing about ten times, I retried several of the files that it successfully processed yesterday, and it was not able to process any of them. I believe that proves there is a serious problem with it.

Same problem today. I tried multiple times with clean WAV and MP3 files.
The service is so good... We need it back 😉
I tried other options (sometimes premium ones with expensive business models), and didn't get a result as good as the Adobe Podcast Speech Enhancer.
What you have achieved here is amazing. 💪
Good luck Adobe Team on fixing the issue.

It did work yesterday, but I have an odd feeling that it was working better before. Processed several files with the recordings of elderly people and it's terrible. I did the same about a month ago and it went well.

@Nikolay Bel, I had this impression too when I enhanced one of my video sound. Maybe the team at Adobe updated the algorithm behind the service, and is checking feedbacks. That's what you can do at scale with a free service ;-).
I'm surprised though that nobody at Adobe is following this thread. If it was my product, I would LOVE to chat with actual users and get iterating fast.

Yes, that's what "beta" is supposed to be - toget feedback but when I asked the guy in support chat for any help on this problem he just told me there is none and I should go and check the forums. There isn't even any separate topic on this product. What's happening, was it too good to be true?

Currently not working. My guess is that Europeans, who start work about six hours earlier that we do, are using up all available slots and it can't say clearly when it's being overused. Last night, when Europe was asleep, it was working fine. So Americans may have to get used to using it in the evenings until Adobe increases its capacity. It says it doesn't understand the file format when actually it's just too darn busy!
