Adobe Podcast Enhance no longer works. There is an infinite loader.
This happens after login.
Already tried: reset firewall settings, enable VPN, log in from another device
Two days ago, everything was working fine
Sometimes after 10 reboots it displays the block for unloading. But it doesn't work
A message appeared from Adobe about unscheduled maintenance:
Adobe Podcast is currently unavailable for unscheduled maintenance and will be back to normal shortly.

To those still having trouble: have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That fixed it for some of us (earlier in this discussion).

Okay, Now For me it works pretty well. I don't know how I've tried deleting my cookies a couple of times and restarting my computer a couple of times and I uploaded the file from the route folder of my device. I mean I had uploaded that file from My Downloads, Unlike from a certain folder. (Optional: Try to upload your audio file from your smartphone, especially Android. IOS didn't work for me). I think they are working with some Beta Testing versions on Integrating this AI with Audition.

Ok it's currently working, although it used to work with other file types (.ogg for example). Now it seems only the mentioned file types (mp3 , Wav) are eligible. so if you have other file types try converting them first then upload.

The issue starts again. It has not been working for several days. I have no idea why this isn't working.

Ok I'll tell you how to fix that. I had downloaded the firefox browser separately for managing this Adobe Podcast AI. So you can also do that!
1. Try with a new browser
2. Do not set the download location leave that to default
3. Double check your storage. Storage is very important in converting your audio
4. Only upload the files in .mp3 or .wav so if you're working with AAC or something it won't work. Try using online converter to change your audio format.

I am experiencing the same problems today 3/27/23 (USA-west coast). Upload a file, and wait 10 minutes for it to process and enhance. It then gives me an error message. I've also been using adobe podcast enhancer for the last few months and has been amazing, just wish it was built into premiere or audition. But today...
- The first file (mp3) uploaded I got this error message: "Failed to process file for enhancement."

I am experiencing the same issues described in the other most recent posts in this thread. Nothing I upload is processing successfully. I have tried with about 8 different files in 4 different browers, and I have received the same error in every instance:
"The audio file is in a format we can't understand. Ensure the file is not corrupted or convert it to a standard wav or mp3 format to try again."
I have tried with both WAV files and MP3s. All of them have been mono. The WAVs were 16 bit 44.1 kHz. The MP3 was 320 kbps. There is nothing wrong with any of them. They all play fine in multiple audio players (VLC, WMP, iTunes) and import into Pro Tools with no issue.
If anyone else here notices the problem has been fixed, can you please reply to me? Thank you!

Yes, I have the same problem. It was working fine in the morning and then suddenly this happened and started to give these errors once I upload any files either in a wave format or mp3. It is probably a glitch in the system and I assume it would be resolved maybe by tomorrow. Not sure what is happenning.

Know that if this error comes up there's a good chance the whole thing is down, it's not your file. It would be nice if they just had a proper error message, instead of sending people scrambling trying to fix files that aren't broken. Apparently the creators of the Enhance tool will post on Twitter when there's tech issues. Adobe then had their own post later on, but here's a link: https://twitter.com/markcwebster/status/1640423717623742481
