Adobe Studio - Infinite Loading Issue - Need Help!

Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with Adobe Studio and hoping someone can offer some assistance. I recently used the product to record a two-hour talk, which is now saved within Adobe Studio. However, I can no longer access the application. When I click on the Adobe Studio icon, it initiates an infinite loading process without ever opening.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Does anyone know of a solution or workaround to access my recording?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @agile_visionary5DB5, thank you for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're having difficulty accessing Studio – could you try clearing your cache/log out and back in? Also, just confirming you're using Google Chrome on desktop?
