Cannot download the original recordings of the participants separately (stuck at processing)

Hi!

Second one of the 2 different recordings recorded with external participants in the same project got stuck in the processing step (for almost 1 day).

 

For this reason, I cannot download the original recordings of the participants separately to make edits on them.

Hi Diego, yes Harmony helped me fix the problem over email. They sent me the files for each participant.
