Enhanced Speech failed to load, try again

Hello there,

This is the message i'm getting after uploading the mp4 file and the system has done the enhanced speech, Enhanced Speech failed to load, try again... All of a sudden this is the message I get for all mp4 files... Anyone can help with this?
