Only outputting 5:11 of a 31:06 audio file!!!!

I uploaded the audio of a presentation to clean up.  It only output the first 5:11.  I've tried several times.  No clue what is going on, but super frustrated and, of course, only way to maybe get an answer is to post here.  And, of course, I need this in the next hour.

Sure.  However I discovered that V1 works fine.  It's V2 that oddly stops at 5:11.
