Podcast won't download

I have been trying to download my latest podcast episode all week and keep getting this message: Something went wrong downloading the project. Please try again later.

I have tried different computers, different browsers, clearing the cache, anything I can think of, but no luck.

I searched this forum and see that others are having the same issue, but haven't seen a solution offered. Any suggestions for how to fix this?

    I am experiencing persistent difficulties downloading podcast episodes from the Adobe Podcast platform. When attempting to download my latest episode, I receive the following error message: "Something went wrong downloading the project. Please try again later."

    I have taken the following troubleshooting steps without resolution:
    - Attempted downloads from multiple computers and devices
    - Tested across different web browsers
    - Cleared browser cache and cookies
    - Waited several hours between attempts

    I have also confirmed that my internet connection is stable and functioning properly on other platforms and services. Additionally, I have observed that other users in the community forums are reporting similar issues, suggesting this may be a broader platform problem rather than an isolated incident.

    Could you please advise on potential solutions or investigate whether there are any known issues affecting the download functionality at this time?

    I am having the same issue for the past week just for one project. My other ones download successfully. We've tried different machines, different browsers, sharing to other people; here's the link below and a screenshot.

    Confusing at first, but easy to fix.
    Yeah, I had a very similar issue to this. I was working with an MP3 that was almost 2 hours long. Once I had my edits made, I went ahead to download the enhanced version. Same thing happened to me as what I'm seeing here. Thankfully the issue was resolved rather quickly. I was suprised how easy it was to fix too.
    Sure, you can try different computers, different browsers, clearing the cache, anything you can think of, but the answer was clear and simple to get my enhanced MP3 downloaded without issue.
