Access to scanned documents on Desktop version

I am having Adobe scan mobile app free version. Is there any way to access scanned documents on Adobe scan login on Desktop version?

With Adobe scan sign-up (free account) you get 2GB of document cloud space, and the scans get saved to the document cloud by default. You can access this cloud storage across devices by just signing into https://acrobat.adobe.com with the same email which you have used on the Scan app.
