Bonjour, j'ai souscrit pour avoir l'essai gratuit. Je n'ai pas vu de message de confirmation, j'ai alors souscrit une deuxième fois (apparemment une fois en abonnement annuel, et l'autre en abonnement mensuel. Mon scan d'un livre volumineux n'ayant pas fonctionné j'ai encore pensé ne pas avoir réussi j'ai abandonné. Mais là je vois que j'ai été prélevé des 2 abonnements. Ils sont résilié à présent (moins de 14j) et je souhaite être remboursée. Merci d'avance

Hello Adobe community,I accidentally deleted an important Adobe Scan PDF yesterday.The scan was created on my iPhone at approximately 11:30 AM, and I selected Save PDF. Approximately 30 minutes later, at around 12:00 PM, I accidentally deleted the scan from Adobe Scan.I have checked Adobe Scan, Adobe Cloud → Adobe Scan, Adobe Cloud → Deleted, and the Files app on my iPhone. The PDF is not available anywhere.Because the file was created only about 30 minutes before it was deleted , could you please check whether it may still be recoverable from any Adobe backend retention, backup, or temporary storage?Device: iPhoneApp: Adobe ScanScan time: approximately 11:30AMDeletion time: approximately 12:00 PMThe document is extremely important to me. Llevo tiempo utilizando la app y estaba muy contento con el funcionamiento pero hace unos meses me empezó a funcionar mal. No me deja compartir un archivo y la app me indica un error al cargar el fichero. He probado a salir de la sesión y a volver a entrar pero sigue dando el mismo error

Eu aceitei o teste de 7 dias, no dia 31, cancelei nesse mesmo dia (31), e hoje dia 4 minha fatura foi fechada com uma cobrança de plano mensal do Adobe Scan. Quero reembolso 

I had subscribe adobe scanner free trial version, and before 7days i have canceled my subscription. But today it still deducted subscription charges from my bank account. Why?? How can I get refund?

I scan file, click share copy and type in email, but it says failed to send. I’ve done this every time for years and no issue until now. 

Ich fotografiere die Vorder und Rückseite eines Ausweises, und beim Verändern der Größe für das PDF ist das Ausweis Foto nicht mehr ersichtlich beziehungsweise ausgegraut.Dies passiert nicht bei allen Ausweisen, sondern nur bei denen wo die Hintergrundfarbe grün beziehungsweise grau ist.Hat vor ein paar Monaten alles bestens funktioniert.

Hello All, Is there a way to log into Adobe scan via web browser and download the documents that I previously scanned through my mobile app? 

I have an emailed document that I need to save and then print. My format keeps changing

I had scanned a few files and after they got uploaded to cloud, it shows zero kb as size and can't open the file. An error shows " unable to open file. DCFSfilesystemerrordomain error 5." Please help because it is important to sort this ASAP. The app is the latest version, good internet.

I was charged Rs 6200 after the 7 day trial period. I cancelled the subscription but got no refund. I want to cancel the subscription and refund the money 

Greetings Adobe team, I am writing this message to family ask for refund for the Adobe scan Premier which was deducted from my account this morning, I am not aware of how it got signed up for the premium services, sensei never use it can I please request a refund for the same and degrade the account. Thanks

Adobe scan crashing when scanning and when making adjustments to scanned pages. Has started crashing after only 30 pages. Because of poor edge detection I have to adjust and re-straighten all pages saved to photos after each crash. Also seams to use up battery charge and makes the iPad heat up.
