Had a couple of questions in regards to privacy and security:
- Is Adobe Scan PHIPA and PIPEDA compliant?
- Will it be able to encrypt the documents and offer a secure way to upload documents to a web portal for access in a browser?
- Do you offer an industry-standard BAA that follows all the Department of Human Health and Services guidelines?
- Do you carry any Cyber Liability insurance policy for added protection?
- Will each scanned page be an individual document?
- I have multiple locations. Will each iPad need an account or one account will be enough to use the app?

Hi @ScanPrivacy
Hope you're doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to know the security levels of your documents stored with Document Cloud.
Since Adobe Scan works based out of Document Cloud servers, you can refer to the below link, which would answer your questions 1-4:
Document Cloud Security | Adobe Trust Center
Answering question 5:
It depends on your requirement and how you want to create the document. You can create a new document for every scan or select multiple scans and create a single document.
Answering question 6:
The same account can be used on multiple devices to access files.
Hope we were able to answer all your questions.
-Souvik.
