Adobe Scan crashes

I’ve become extremely frustrated at this point. I have deadlines and I can’t seem to even keep the app open to scan my documents. It just closes on me, moments after taking a photo. 

I restarted the app, restarted my phone, removed and reinstalled the app. What the Hec is going on??? 

Is anyone else having this issue??? 

Please help! I really need to turn in my work by Monday 😫😫😫😫

Sorry for the trouble caused.

 

As the application crashes and you have already tried uninstalling and re-installing, please try the steps provided below once:

- Sign out of the application and then uninstall it.

- Then reboot the device once and re-install the application.

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the application and compatible OS.

 

Could you please comfirm the application and OS verison on the device?

Also, let us know when exactly you started experincing the issue?
