Adobe Scan File Name from OCR

Hi,

Is there anyway that Adobe Scan can populate the filename from the OCR scan of the text itself?

Example: Job card always has a 'Work No' in the top left corner of the card, 5 digits. Can this be automatically populated into the filename when saving rather than typing each time?

Rather than the conventional Job Scan, Date and Time stamps etc.

Thanks,

Hi @Cam5EF9,

As per the description that you want to make a scanned file name as per the text in the scanned file. Unfortunately, this feature is currently not available in the Adobe scan app, there are some predefined file names that you can set as default filenames.

Here is a help document you can refer to: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/adobescan/android/en/settings.html?#set-default-file-name

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,
