Adobe Scan folder no longer visible in Acrobat Pro

In a previous version of Acrobat Pro (or Adobe Scan) the files from the Adobe Scan folder in the cloud were visible in Acrobat Pro's Home tab. How do I access that feature again? Has it been removed? I can find the folder in the browser version of Acrobat, but I would really prefer the files to be visible in the desktop app.

Hi @Annika-Lundkvist-nord,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

Are you signed in to the application with your Adobe ID or the ID that has the subscription? The screenshot suggests that you are not signed in using any ID, as the complete Adobe Cloud Storage option is missing from the left pane.

Could you please try the following steps -

1. Sign Out. (Click on User Name from the top right to sign out)

2. Quit the Acrobat Pro DC application and relaunch it.

3. Now, Sign In again.

4. Try to access the Document Cloud.

Please share your observations with us.
