Adobe Scan for IOS opens to blank black screen: "unexpected error occurred"

I have enabled camera use, but when I open Adobe Scan on my iPhone (IOS 12.1.2) I open to a nearly blank, mostly black screen with the message "an unexpected error occurred." None of the marking on the screen responds to touch, although touching the black canvas area moves the reticule. What might be going wrong?IMG_1506.PNG

Hi Philology,

Please try once to sign out from the application and uninstall the application.

Then reboot the device once and try to install the application.

Check if the issue still occurs.

If the issue persists, please share the exact version of the application with us.

Also, let us know the OS version installed on your device.
