I have a problem regarding the IOS version of Adobe Scan. I am logged in with the same email on all my android and Ios devices. When I open the adobe scan folder in the documents cloud I can see all of my scans. If I want, I can upload a pdf in that folder and will show up in the Scan app. My problem is that it only syncs on the android version, on IOS I can only see my older files and scans and not the new one that I have just uploaded. I'm using an ipad pro 2021 model with the latest version of Adobe scan. I don't have this issue on Android. I have tried with different files and uploading from both Android and IOS, and logging out and in again, but nothing seems to fix the problem.

Please help.

Hi @Kaloyan2407834627t1

Sorry for the trouble.

As you have mentioned that you are logged in with the same email on all your devices and it looks like a file sync issue. Please be very sure which email you are signed in with on the iOS device, is it the same?

Also, irrespective of any device or app, kindly go to https://acrobat.adobe.com on a browser and sign in with the correct email and check if the files are visible there?

We are looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hello Harsh,

Thank you for the reply. I'm absolutely certain that It's the same email. Also the files are visible on the site that you provided and on the Android device. I have tried adding new files and they show up in the site and on the android app, but not on IOS. I suspect this might be a bug with the IOS version.

Sorry for the delayed response.

As you have confirmed that the scans are visible on the document cloud website, and not in the app.

Kindly share a video that shows you signed in with the correct email and it's list of scans.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,

Harsh

I am having a similar issue.  I used Adobe Scan for iOS to create a folder and upload a scan to it a week ago.  Fast forward to today and it did not display in Adobe Scan.  I did, however find it later in Adobe Acrobat.  Late for a medical appointment that I needed that information for.

I'm having the same issues. I don't get why Adobe keeps asking to "VERIFY" if you're logged into the same E-Mail. We're not dumb, respectfully. I am also logged into the SAME and ONLY E-Mail on all my devices and my Scans DO NOT sync across devices.
