Adobe Scan says uploading to Document Cloud but not there

Once I use Adobe Scan, rename the document and save as a pdf, it says it is uploading to Document Cloud. But it is not there. The only way to get it there is to share the file with Adobe Acrobat and then Move to Document Cloud.

What at am I doing wrong.

Hi All,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still facing this issue? If yes, try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Install the latest patch from App Store.

2- If that doesn't work, check if " Allow Cellular Data Usage" is enabled under Settings > Preferences.

3- Switch between RECENT and ALL SCANS window, Scan App will synchronize with server, and try again.

4- In the Recent window scroll down the screen, Scan App will synchronize with server, try renaming scanned files again.

5- Logout and login again and check.

Hello. I am having this problem with the adobe scan iOS version on iPad. I can see scan documents from the last several days when I visit document cloud on the website and on android phone. However, the iOS app on android will not show the document scan in the last several days. Your guidance is greatly appreciated.

Hi Mattg,

Please make sure that you are signed in to the Adobe Scan application with the same credentials that you use to check the scan Document Cloud on the website. You need to use the same email address and password to sign in to the application on your mobile device.

Once you are signed in, go to "All Scans" and scroll down to view all the documents.

If you are still not able to view the documents in the application, please share the details as asked below:

- Application version on the device

- OS version on the device

- Adobe ID (email address) that you use to sign in to the application.

Note: Please share your email only in private message. Do not share your personal details either on the forums or any other social sites.

This shouldn't be this difficult.....  Without the functionality to upload over cellular, this app is pretty much useless

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Scan app and the OS  you are using? To check the version of the app, tap on the Profile icon > About Adobe Scan, also try updating the app from the Play Store (Android), App Store (iOS) or Samsung Store (Samsung) and see if that helps.

 

Also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful for further investigation.
