Adobe Scan scanned document can’t be read

I used Adobe Scan app on an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy A13) to scan documents. When I tried to uplaod these scans to a website, I received a message that the website can't read the scanned documents because they were not in English. All the documents I scanned were written in English.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

Have you checked if OCR is performed on the files when captured? You can check from here:

Go to Profile-> Preferences-> Perform Text Recognition.
