I downloaded the Adobe scan app on my iPhone through the creative cloud app a while ago, but when I open Adobe scan and try to press "continue", I'm met with an error that says "Unable to sign in. Please try again later" (it doesn't even give me the option to sign in). I've tried re-downloading the app, and restarting my phone - none of which have worked yet. Is there a solution to this?

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to Reboot your device.

Hi ria,
I'm currently using an iPhone 12 Pro Max running on IOS 14.4.2. The application is the latest version (21.04.16). I've also tried to reboot my device to no avail, and the issue is still persisting.

I am having the same issue on an iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 14.4.2. The app (latest version) was working fine, then I logged out - when I tried to log back in, I'm getting the same error described above. I have deleted the app, restarted my device, and reinstalled it over a dozen times. Any solution?

Hi Ria from Adobe.
I am having the same problem on an iPad 8th Generation - iPadOS 14.8.1 All software is up to date. I have an Adobe I.D. (I wouldn't be able to log in and comment on this page). I have Adobe Scan on my Samsung Galaxy S20+ smartphone. I've signed out on the Samsung to see if that makes a difference. Nothing changes on the iPad.
I am a teacher. We are all issued with corporate Adobe Creative Cloud Accounts.
Also, why can't I activate Acrobat DC on my iPad with my Adobe Creative Cloud account? Everything else works. Acrobat keeps prompting me to sign up to a new subscription. I've already got one.
At the very least, I need Adobe Scan to work.
Have a look at the screen capture attached.

I am also having the same issue! It was working just fine on my iPhone XR (most updated iOS software), but as soon as I got the iPhone 12 Pro Max it stopped working... not sure what to do.

Hi @user_345
Sorry for the delayed response. If you are still facing the issue, could you share a few details?
1. application version?
2. a video while you are trying to sign in?
3. OS name and version?
Thanks,
Harsh

Hello. I just downloaded Adobe Scan. I too have the error that plagued Jaylowess ("ERROR Unable to sign in Please try again later"). But Adobe Scan does not show up in the iOS settings so I can't modify them as Jaylowess suggested. Adobe Acrobat is there, but not Adobe Scan. I'm on WiFi Calling with a VPN running. iOS version is 15.5 on an iPhone SE 2020 version. Thank you.

I was having the same problem, it seems I can only log in to Adobe accounts when using mobile data. If I'm connected to WiFi I get the 'error login fail' message

@k25168576ir87 Hi,
Thank you for sharing your observations. It could be that the website or the access is blocked from your WiFi settings, due to which you cannot login to the application.
If you have logged in once using Mobile Data, you should be then able to use the application on your WiFi too post login.
Let me know if this helps,
Thanks,
Souvik.
