I used Adobe Scan to scan my receipts for a week (5 days) none of them are showing up in documnet cloud.
I saved all of them. I am using the only email I have ever used for my account. I have reloaded the app on my phone. I have signed out of Adobe Cloud and signed back in. nothing has helped.
Is there anyone I can contact to resolve this?

Thank you for posting your query here. Could you help me with few details to understand your issue better?
If your scans are missing, try the steps below:
Note: If you are not uploading the files to Adobe Document Cloud or saving it to any other location, then the files will be deleted permanently.
Best Practices: We suggest you always save a copy of the file to some other location, or you can upload the files to Document Cloud.
If the files were saved within the application, they are uploaded by default to Document Cloud.
