I purchased Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Scan. Does that mean I have a subscription with both.
Or did I get screwed. I buy the bundle and I still get requests for membership. I do not understand.

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with using the subscription that you purchased.
Just so that we can check, can you share the screenshot of the page that asks you to purchase the membership.
Also while you do so, please try logging in using the same E-mail address that you used to purchase the membership on the Document Cloud portal and check if you are able to use the tools there.

If the tools work there, try:
1. Signing out of the application;
2. Restart your device;
3. Sign in with the same e-mail address that you used on the online portal and check if it works.
