I have uses Adobe Scan for 2 years, on my I phone Xr - with many MANY scans saved.  I have always done updates on phone and app software.   Yesterday, Adobe Scan prompted me for my password - first time in 2 years.  When I "logged" in, all my scans were gone.  I checked the cloud, and all but (1) are gone.  Please dont tell me I have lost all of that info......

Hi @S22681839kgn4

As adobe scan uses document cloud storage for saving files, when you have signed in it could be possible that you have used a different email. Kindly confirm if you have used the same email that you've used earlier to save scans.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh
