App not accessing camera in iOS

I was using Adobe Scan in iOS with no problems and suddenly it says it can't access my camera. I clicked the link to allow access but there is no camera access option showing up in my settings (see image). How can I get it working again?

Must have been a problem with my phone's iOS because when I rebooted the phone it was working again.

Just go into setting>app>permissions >camera >access... should have no problem after that.
