Blank "Save as PDF"

When I try to save a file to my PC, I get a blank "Save as PDF" on which nothing can be clicked and I cannot save the file.

There are SO MANY PROBLEMS with your product. Why don't you support your product?

If you are referring to "Save As" window appears blank in Adobe desktop application, please refer the steps mentioned in this thread "Save As" box is blank.

Check if that resolves the issue.

As you have mentioned that "Save as PDF" window appears blank, could you please confirm the Adobe application you are referring to?

Are you trying to convert the other format file to PDF on your desktop machine?

If yes, please let us how exactly you are creating PDF and from which format file.

Please provide more information about the issue.
