Hi, I'm trying to log into Adobe Scan or Adobe Creative Cloud on my iPhone running iOS 15.6.1, but when I hit continue on the Adobe Scan app's initial welcome page, it says "Error Unable to sign in. Please try again later." And on the Creative Cloud app when I go to settings and then the sign in button, it brings up the page of sign-in options, but tapping "Continue with Adobe ID" does nothing at all. The button darkens as I press it but nothing new pops up allowing me to sign in.
I really need these apps for college so any help would be appreciated.

Could you please try to switch the network on your device?
If you're using your Wi-Fi, please switch to cellular data and check if it works.
Try to log in by manually typing your Adobe ID instead of selecting it directly from suggestions.
Also, Make sure your application is updated and your device is updated.

I have to delete Adobe scan as docs scanned cannot de deleted. after re-download app, it does not allow me to continue, say give "error try again" . I have iphone 12 IOS 16 16.1 am runngin on mobile data and this is enabled. I have Adobe scan on my tel for a year but issues started 2 months ago, please advise, thanks
