Hope you are doing well. Thank you for reaching out.
You can save your files on Adobe Cloud, but you cannot see them on the Adobe Scan application then.
You can log in to: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/ in the Adobe Scan folder and move those files to a different folder.
However, once done, you can view those files on Acrobat Reader Mobile and not Adobe Scan due to limitations on the iOS platform.
If this works for you, you can reinstall the application to delete any internal storage taken up by the application.
