Cannot save or find scans in the Adobe Scan.

Hi, I changed my iphone yesterday and now I have problems with the app Adobe Scan. I can't find my old files in the library and when I scan a new file the app does not save it. Can you give me some advices?

Hi Cristina,

 

As you have changed the phone recently, please mae sure that you are signed in to the application using the same credential that you used on the previous device.

You can also check the Adobe scan file on Document Cloud.

Open this link and sign in with the same credentials that you use for the Adobe Scan application.

Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder. Check if the files are listed there.

 

You may try re-installing the application. Make sure that you sign out of the application first an then uinstall the application.

Then reboot the device and re-install the application.

 

Let us know if the issue persists.

Hi Cristina,

 

Please make sure that you are signed-in using the same email address that is used for the Adobe Scan application.

Once you are signed in, go to Files and then scroll down the option shows at right.

There you will find the Adobe Scan folder in the list at right.

 

Let us know if you still not able to find it.
