By default, Adobe Scan automatically uploads scanned documents to the Adobe Document Cloud. To assist you better, could you please share what specifically happens when you attempt to scan and upload a document using the Adobe Scan app?

If you are encountering an error during the upload process, could you kindly provide the following details:

  • A screenshot of any error messages or prompts you're seeing during the upload.
  • A brief video recording of the steps you're taking and the issue as it occurs. This would give us more insight and allow us to troubleshoot more effectively.

In the meantime, please ensure the following steps have been completed:

  1. Verify that the app is updated to the latest version. You can check for updates in the [App Store](insert link for iOS) if you're using an iOS device or the [Google Play Store](insert link for Android) if you're using Android.
  2. After updating the app, try rebooting your device, as this often resolves minor technical issues.
