To better understand and resolve your issue, could you please provide more details on the following:
- Have you checked different accounts you might have used with Adobe Scan (e.g., sign-in with Adobe vs. social sign-in)?
- Which platform are you experiencing the issue on—Scan Android, Scan iOS, or Acrobat Online? Please log in to Acrobat Online (adobe.ly/3M1Odyv) using the same credentials as in the app and check if your files are visible in the Adobe Scan folder under the Documents section.
- Are all your scanned files missing, or just some of them?
- When did the issue first start, and were there any actions or changes made around that time that might be relevant?
- Please share the Scan app version, your device model, and the OS version.
