Disappearing saved scans

Somehow, all of my saved scans are gone. I don't know what happened to them. I need some answers.

To better understand and resolve your issue, could you please provide more details on the following:

  1. Have you checked different accounts you might have used with Adobe Scan (e.g., sign-in with Adobe vs. social sign-in)?
  2. Which platform are you experiencing the issue on—Scan Android, Scan iOS, or Acrobat Online? Please log in to Acrobat Online (adobe.ly/3M1Odyv) using the same credentials as in the app and check if your files are visible in the Adobe Scan folder under the Documents section.
  3. Are all your scanned files missing, or just some of them?
  4. When did the issue first start, and were there any actions or changes made around that time that might be relevant?
  5. Please share the Scan app version, your device model, and the OS version.

Your responses will help us diagnose the problem more accurately.
