Downloading error

Hello. I use this app for a long time so I have got many files in there. An app had been deleted, then was installed again. I logged in with the same account and I can see all the files I ever had but I can't download some of them (pretty old ones)

The sign "File downloading error. Download failed. Try later" appears. (Well, in Russian so it may be different to original.)

How can I have my files back?

It's quite important.

Thanks.

Konstantin.
