Dropbox Folder Taxonomy Incorrect

New Here ,
Jul 29, 2025 Jul 29, 2025

Using Adobe Scan for iOS, I have connected successfully to Dropbox in order to copy scans over from Adobe Cloud. However, the folder taxonomy displayed from Dropbox is incorrect--folders are duplicated or missing altogether, but are 100% correct in the native Dropbox interface. I can copy scans over, but they then need to be moved to the correct location. I deleted the Dropbox connection and recreated it, but no change. Have don't everything except deleting Scan and reinstalling. Any ideas welcome.

Great points and I think you are correct with regards to the issue originating in MacOS. I ended up duplicating the problem directories on MacOS and deleting the old ones--and the issue was resolved. Appreciate your insights.
