Edit and premium not working

i am subscribed and billed the 13th each month . It shows my active subscription on Google Play since I'm logged in that way. But the premium features and editing is not available it keeps telling me to subscribe and if I click subscribe again it says I'm already subscribed! But it won't work! Makes no sense for all this. I pay $9.99 a month and can't use the feature and I can't contact customer service. I've tried uninstall and reinstall and it won't work either. Any help please?!???

I have checked the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found that you have an active Scan Premium subscription. To resolve the issue, please try the following steps:
1. Sign Out and Restart:
- Log out of the Adobe Scan app.
- Reboot your device.
- Sign back in using the same Adobe ID that you are using on this community.
2. Restore Purchases:
- Open the Adobe Scan app.
- Tap on the Profile Icon (usually found at the top right corner).
- Go to Subscriptions > Restore Purchases and follow the prompts.
- Restart your device and check if the issue is resolved.
