Now export scans to other format file directly from Adobe Scan (on iOS only)

Adobe Scan now gives you the option to Export your scan to other format files. Depending upon the type of subscription you have, you may convert your scan to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Rich text format file.

Steps to export scans to another format file:

  • Launch the Adobe Scan application and go to the home page.
  • Open or select the file that you wish to combine with other files.
  • Click on the three dots for More option provided either at the right-hand side of the file or at the bottom of the screen (when the file is open).
  • Tap on the Export PDF tool from the list of options that appear.
  • Select the file type you required from the list of options.
  • You may also change the document language if the scan is in another language.
  • Tap on Export at the top right corner.

The scan will be converted to another format file and will be saved in Document Cloud. You may access that file by signing into the Acrobat online account.

Note: Feature is only available for the users who have an Acrobat subscription and signed into Adobe Scan using the same Adobe ID.
