Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with exporting PDF files.
From the screenshot, it looks like a scanned image file that you are trying to export. If yes, have you tried running OCR on the file, and then exporting the file?

Also, please ensure you are on the latest version of Acrobat (2025.001.2043x) for the best experience. To do so, go to Menu> Help> Check for Updates.

My version is later which is Version 25.03.18.
Today I have same issue with bilingual A4 bank statement . I chosen edit text and then export to Word.
