Files disappeared

buongiorno, ieri ho tentato l'accesso ai miei files scansionati tramite l'app adobe scan del mio iPhone, e, dopo una prima fugace visione delle icone, sono scomparsi e non riesco più a trovarli. ho effettuato l'accesso al cluod, ma nemmeno lì ho traccia. è capitato ad altri? c'è soluzione? grazie

As per the issue description mentioned above, scanned files are not visible in your adobe scan app on iphone, is that correct?

Try going to https://cloud.acrobat.com/  to see if your file is still on the server.  All scanned PDFs are saved in the Adobe Scan folder.

Also, check if you are using the latest build from App Store. Try logging out and login again to check if you see all your missing files show up! Also, make sure you login the same account after logout and login again.
